Paul brings over 30 years of work as a corporate/technology lawyer, business leader and owner, workplace respect and diversity, equity and inclusion leader. In our world of remote, hybrid and in-office workplace models, Paul helps organizations find customized solutions for building workplace cultures centred on respect, inclusion, accountability and trust so that everyone thrives. His speaking and consulting services make positive, sustainable impacts within organizations, laying the foundation for innovation, high performance teams, improved collaboration, and enhanced employee wellness. 

Paul previously served as the Chair of Diversity and Inclusion at the Attorney General Of BC – Legal Services Branch and is a member of the Métis Nation of BC and the LGBTQ2+ community. He is also the author of two books, including The Workplace Bullying Handbook.
