Cherry Rose Tan is a fifth-generation entrepreneur and the author of Still Standing: What It Takes to Thrive and Innovate in a Messy World. With two decades of experience in building, scaling, and investing in startups, her success represents less than 1% of all tech founders, making her the leading expert on what it takes to build the future. 

As the Entrepreneur in Residence at the Schulich School of Business, she leads an ecosystem of 250 startups focused on exponential technologies like Web3 and Al. On the investor side, she was General Partner at Renew Venture Capital, an early-stage firm focused on impact and diverse founders. Cherry Rose has coached 350 companies in 27 verticals, who have raised $60 million in venture capital.
