Jennifer will take the CSAE stage on Thursday, October 27th where she will deliver a keynote presentation on The Emotionally Intelligent Leader. This talk will explore how we can redefine success and what will mean for your organizations’ bottom line. Recently, The Globe and Mail interviewed Jennifer for a piece on Motivating employees through volunteerism where she shared her thoughts on the subject:
“What employees are looking for is something with meaning. What employers are looking to do is make [the experience] lasting and sustainable…Sustainable global citizenry is going to be the thing that transforms our workplace.”
She was also featured in a Small Business Insight’s piece by YouInc where she offered up Five Tips To Make Staff Happier And More Engaged:
- INVEST IN COMPANY CULTURE.
- CREATE AN OPEN STREAM OF COMMUNICATION.
- INVOLVE STAFF IN THE BIG-PICTURE GOALS.
- EMPHASIS ON GRATITUDE.
- AUTHENTICITY AT WORK.
You can read Jennifer’s in-depth analysis of these steps in the full article here. Her new book Unlocking Happiness at Work was released September 28th.
