Ranga Chand, international economist and financial author, is President of the research and consulting firm Chand Carmichael & Company Limited (established in 1994) based in Ottawa, Canada.

He has developed model client investment portfolios for several blue-chip financial institutions including the Bank of Nova Scotia, The Bank of Montreal, and the Co-operators Insurance Company of Canada.
