Rafe Mair is a veteran broadcaster, lawyer, former politician, and former host of one of the Canada's best known, most entertaining and provocative talk shows on radio station CKNW in Vancouver. He is known across Canada for appearances on national radio and television public affairs shows.
Mair's column has appeared over the years in many publications both national and in Vancouver and he presently writes a weekly column for the Vancouver Province. His daily editorials on CKNW/98 were the most listened to segment in BC's radio ratings.
Rafe Mair offers the insight not only of a noted journalist, but from five years in the British Columbia Cabinet where he served as Minister of Consumer & Corporate Affairs, Environment and Health. For nearly four years he was also Minister responsible for Constitutional Affairs at the time of repatriation of the Constitution.
