There is a timely and pragmatic theme in all of Art’s presentations:
Most people were either raised during the industrial age or have been influenced by mentors who were. We have entered the “shift-age” but unknowingly, too many organizations are trying to employ outdated habits and attitudes.
The “I” of the Hurricane: How to survive and prosper in the “shift-age”
Art presents timeless leadership tips from his #1 best-seller, The “I” of the Hurricane: Creating Corporate Energy. He explains time tested methods of shaping and maintaining a high-performance culture, generating corporate energy, establishing performance boundaries using an ethics platform, and how to let the world know what the organization really is— live the brand, inside & out.
Securing Corporate Viability, Creating Transferable Wealth
Art reviews the essential need to build on a foundation of inspirational leadership. He makes a case for moving towards process-discipline and away from managing departments. Profit and wealth building disciplines are presented that will align employees behind the total experience of the Customer. Senior teams will discover how to inspire employees in the “shift-age” and how to get them enthusiastically contributing to the elimination of waste and rework.
Developing MVPs: Morale, Vision & Performance (Workshop)
This workshop helps people from all levels of public and private sector organizations eliminate debilitating industrial-age ghosts (attitudes and assumptions remnants of an era that no longer exist). Participants will see the world through new lenses crafted for today’s faster paced “shift-age”.
